Morgyn Ridge was an excitingly innovative concept in multi-family design that Larry Sayers and Humphreys & Partners Architects out of Dallas introduced to the Vegas market.

It was called the “Big House”. The Big House plan derives its name by how the building is perceived from the curb. With this concept Morgyn Ridge was the flagship for this. Bramble built 156 units with attached garages, gated community, pool, spa, and fitness center. Morgyn Ridge consisted of one to three bedrooms, 900 sq. ft. to 1400 sq. ft..

Morgyn Ridge is located at Russell Road and Durango. The project was sold out in 2001.
